- Cut the bread and dry it in a dry frying pan, then spread it with butter.
- Peel the avocadoes, and chop finely. Chop the onion, garlic, and coriander finely, add salt, pepper and olive oil, and mix it all well.
- Cut the salmon into thin slices.
- Dry the nuts in a hot frying-pan, then chop finely.
- Lay the avocado & herb tartar, salmon, processed cheese and nuts on the fried bread, and cover with another slice of bread Put the sandwich on a serving dish, and garnish with herbs and cherry tomato halves.
