Wholemeal bread sandwich with avocado tartare, cream cheese and crushed nuts

Ingredients
Processed Cheese CREAMBURG “Four Cheeses” 140 g
Wholemeal bread (we used Fazer Bourgeois) 6 pcs
Avocado 3 pcs
Butter 90 g
Garlic 10 g
Coriander 30 g
Salt and pepper
Olive oil 50 ml
Cherry tomatoes 90 g
Onion 40 g
Salmon in its own juices 170 g
Hazelnuts 50 g

  • Cut the bread and dry it in a dry frying pan, then spread it with butter.

  • Peel the avocadoes, and chop finely. Chop the onion, garlic, and coriander finely, add salt, pepper and olive oil, and mix it all well.

  • Cut the salmon into thin slices.

  • Dry the nuts in a hot frying-pan, then chop finely.

  • Lay the avocado & herb tartar, salmon, processed cheese and nuts on the fried bread, and cover with another slice of bread Put the sandwich on a serving dish, and garnish with herbs and cherry tomato halves.
