If desired, you can also use salt, pepper, a little mustard or butter.
- If desired, spread a little mustard or butter on the bread. Put two slices of cheese on each of the bread slices. Cover with the two remaining bread slices.
- Grill and serve immediately. When serving, you can add a little tomato sauce or pesto to the sandwiches.
