SEMI-HARD CHEESE CREAMBURG "LIGHT"

Flour
200 g
Water
110 ml
vegetable oil
3 tbsp
A pinch of salt
sour cream

A handful of black or green olives
- Mix the flour and salt. Gradually add water and vegetable oil. Make soft but not too sticky dough. Cover it and leave for 15 minutes.
- Next, roll out the dough into a very thin layer.
- Brush with sour cream. Top with chopped olives and onion. Add the cheese.
- Bake at 200 ⁰C for about 15 minutes.
