Ingredients
SEMI-HARD CHEESE CREAMBURG "LIGHT" 100 g
Flour 200 g
Water 110 ml
vegetable oil 3 tbsp
A pinch of salt
sour cream 100 п
red onion 1/3
A handful of black or green olives

  • Mix the flour and salt. Gradually add water and vegetable oil. Make soft but not too sticky dough. Cover it and leave for 15 minutes.

  • Next, roll out the dough into a very thin layer.

  • Brush with sour cream. Top with chopped olives and onion. Add the cheese.

  • Bake at 200 ⁰C for about 15 minutes.
