SEMI-HARD CHEESE CREAMBURG "CREAMY"

Tuna in oil

Large carrot (boiled)

Small onion

Potato (unpeeled and boiled)

hard-boiled eggs

Salt and pepper
cottage cheese with no filling
2 tbsp
sweet mustard
1 tbsp
Olive or sesame oil (to taste)
Lemon juice (to taste)
Salt, sugar, powdered pepper (to taste)
- Mix all the sauce ingredients. Peel the potato, grate it or cut it into small pieces. Lay in a salad bowl or ring. Add the sauce and brush it over the other layers.
- After that, lay the tuna (the oil can be drained).
- Peel and chop the onion, and lay it on top of the tuna.
- Peel the carrot, and lay it on top of everything else.
- Grate the cheese. Peel the shells off the eggs, and separate the yolks from whites. Cut the whites into small pieces and mix with grated cheese. Lay the mix on top of the carrot.
- Chop the yolk with a knife or grate it. Lay it as the last layer.
