- Spread the processed cheese over the bread (all six slices).
- Then spread jam on three of the bread slices.
- Cover with the three other bread slices.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with milk and nutmeg/cinnamon, with a fork. Quickly dip the bread in the mix, turn over to the other side, lift, and shake off the excess.
- Fry the bread pieces in vegetable oil in a hot frying pan until golden brown on all sides.
