Stewed vegetables with cheese

Ingredients
SEMI-HARD CHEESE CREAMBURG "CREAMY" 40 г
Pumpkin 200 г
Celery stalks 3
Sweet peppers 2
Tomatoes 2
Carrot ½
garlic cloves 3-4
Tomato sauce (if desired) 4 tbsp
A pinch each of paprika, turmeric and dried oregano
Vegetable oil
Greens to taste
Salt and pepper

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add peeled and chopped onion and garlic. Add the spices and fry everything together for 3–5 minutes.

  • Then add the peeled and chopped carrot, pumpkin pulp and celery. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10–15 minutes. Add a little water, if required.

  • Then add the chopped peppers and tomatoes. Add the tomato sauce if desired. Simmer until cooked through.

  • Serve with greens and diced cheese. You can also put the vegetables and cheese under a grill for a couple of minutes, so that the cheese is melted well.
