

- Pour the cottage cheese and egg into a bowl.

- Divide the dough into two parts. Dust the work surface with flour, roll out the dough into sausages and cut it into 1-cm-thick pieces. Boil the vareniki in salted water until done. Then, lay them on plates with a slotted spoon and put a piece of butter on top of each varenik. Serve the vareniki with sour cream and herbs.
